From the East (LIE)            From the South                             Map From the West (LIE)           By Northern State Parkway From the East (LIE) Take the Long Island Exwy West. To exit number 57, Rte.-454/Patchogue/Commack. Merge onto Expressway Dr N. Turn right at traffic light onto Veterans Memorial Hwy Rte.-454. Take Rte.-454 to the 4th traffic light. Turn right onto Hauppauge Rd/Rte.-111. Rte.-111 will bear right, to a traffic light (High School on the right). Turn left at traffic light (Rte.-111). Continue North on Rte.-111. Cross over major intersection (Rte.-347), continuing North. At 2nd traffic light, turn left into parking lot to the rear of the building. Back to top From the West (LIE) Take the Long Island Exwy East. To exit number 56, Rte.-111/Smithtown/Islip. Merge onto Expressway Dr S. Turn Left onto Wheeler Rd/Rte.-111 N. Continue straight. It becomes Hauppauge Rd/Rte.-111. Rte.-111 will bear right, to a traffic light (High School on the right). Turn left at traffic light (Rte.-111). Continue North on Rte.-111. Cross over major intersection (Rte.-347) continuing North. At 2nd traffic light, turn left into parking lot to the rear of the building. Back to top By Northern State Parkway Take Northern State East to the end (Grand Central turns into N.S.Pkwy) last exit is 46. Go past that exit and you will merge onto Rte.-454/Vets Highway. Proceed about two miles and you will see a split for Rte.-347 Port Jefferson and Rte.-454 Patchogue. Stay on Rte.-347 (the 2 left lanes). When you reach Rte.-111, you need to head North. In order to go North you must follow a jug-handle around to the right. So stay in the right lane and follow the sign onto Rte.-111 North (make a right and then a quick left). A landmark is the Commerce Bank. Continue North on Rte.-111. At 2nd traffic light, turn left into parking lot to the rear of the building. Back to top From the South Take the Southern State Pkwy. Proceed to the Sagtikos Parkway North exit, (exit number 41A), on the left towards Sunken Meadow Park. Merge onto Sagtikos Pkwy N. Continue onto Northern State Parkway East, exit SM1. Take Northern State East to the end, last exit is 46. Go past that exit and you will merge onto Rte.-454/Vets Highway.
